Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the website, accounts, early access, support channels, and related services provided by AimStrings under the RMO AI brand.

Effective date: April 30, 2026

1. Operator

RMO AI is a brand operated by AimStrings. References to RMO AI and to we, us, or our mean AimStrings unless the context says otherwise.

2. The Service

The service includes the RMO AI website, product information, account features, early access registration, support inquiries, beta communications, and related online functions. RMO Maestro is currently in pre-commercial development, and features, pricing, availability, and launch timing may change.

3. Accounts and Sign-in

  1. Accounts may be created or accessed through an email verification code or Google OAuth sign-in.
  2. You must use an email address or provider account that you are authorized to use.
  3. You are responsible for keeping your email inbox, devices, verification codes, and Google account secure.
  4. We may restrict account access if we reasonably suspect abuse, unauthorized use, security risk, or violation of these Terms.
  5. Account features may later be connected to orders, licenses, full-version unlocks, and support history through the account ID, not by treating email or display name as the ownership key.
  6. Email changes are handled through support unless a dedicated account-transfer process is introduced.
  7. We may send required account, security, order, license, and support emails. Promotional news, event, and discount emails are optional and may be withdrawn through account settings or unsubscribe links.

4. Early Access and Beta

  1. Early access registration lets you receive product, beta, and launch updates.
  2. Registration does not guarantee beta admission, product delivery, discounts, or purchase rights.
  3. Beta builds, if provided, may be unstable, incomplete, time-limited, confidential, or subject to additional beta terms.
  4. We may change, suspend, or end an early access or beta program at any time.

5. Product Information, Pricing, and Payment

  1. RMO Maestro is not yet commercially available, and public information may change before launch.
  2. When paid sales open, checkout pages or separate purchase terms will state the applicable price, taxes, license type, refund terms, and payment method.
  3. Payments may be processed by future external payment providers or merchant-of-record providers such as Lemon Squeezy. These providers may process buyer information needed for payment processing, tax calculation and collection, receipt issuance, refunds, and chargebacks.
  4. We do not directly store full card numbers, CVC codes, or similar sensitive payment credentials.
  5. If subscriptions, renewals, or free trials are offered in the future, material billing and cancellation terms will be disclosed before purchase or enrollment.

6. Digital Products and Licenses

  1. Any software, plugin, sample, preset, documentation, or related material remains owned by AimStrings or its licensors.
  2. A purchase, beta invite, or download grants only the license rights expressly stated at checkout, in the End User License Agreement, or in separate written terms.
  3. You may not copy, resell, sublicense, redistribute, reverse engineer, bypass technical restrictions, or use the product outside the permitted license scope unless allowed by applicable law.
  4. Refunds, exchanges, and cancellations for digital products may depend on applicable law, purchase terms, license delivery, download status, and payment provider policies.

7. Support Inquiries

  1. You may contact us about accounts, purchases, installation, compatibility, bugs, and feature requests through the support form or email.
  2. Your inquiry must not include unlawful content, malware, third-party personal data you are not authorized to provide, or materials that infringe the rights of another party.
  3. We may respond by email and may use inquiry details to troubleshoot, improve the service, and maintain support records.

8. Acceptable Use

  1. You must comply with applicable laws, these Terms, and posted service instructions.
  2. You must not interfere with, overload, scrape, probe, or bypass the service or its security controls.
  3. You must not impersonate others, submit false information, send spam, upload malicious content, or violate intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights.
  4. You must not use the service to develop, distribute, or facilitate illegal, harmful, or abusive activity.

9. Intellectual Property

The website, brand, logos, visual design, text, images, audio examples, software, documentation, and related materials are owned by AimStrings or the applicable rights holders. Except as expressly allowed by us in writing, you may not reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, publicly display, publicly perform, or commercially exploit them.

10. Third-party Services

The service may depend on third-party services such as Google, Supabase, Brevo, Vercel, Cloudflare, payment providers, and analytics providers. Their own terms and policies may apply. We are not responsible for third-party services except to the extent required by applicable law.

11. Service Changes and Availability

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the service for operational, technical, business, security, legal, or product-development reasons. We will try to provide reasonable notice where practical, but may act immediately for urgent security, legal, or operational needs.

12. Disclaimers

  1. Pre-release, beta, free, or informational features are provided on an as-is and as-available basis.
  2. We do not promise that beta or preview features will be error-free, uninterrupted, commercially released, or fit for a particular creative or technical purpose.
  3. Nothing in these Terms limits rights or warranties that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AimStrings will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity arising from the service. Where liability cannot be excluded, it will be limited to the amount permitted by applicable law.

14. Privacy

Our handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy.

15. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your place of residence provide otherwise. The parties will first try to resolve disputes in good faith. If a dispute cannot be resolved, it will be submitted to the court with jurisdiction under applicable law.

If a Korean version and this English version conflict, the Korean version will control to the extent permitted by applicable law.
