End User License Agreement

This EULA governs installation, activation, and use of the RMO Maestro plugin, software, presets, documentation, and related materials.

Effective date: May 7, 2026

1. Scope

  1. This EULA applies to RMO Maestro and related software materials provided by AimStrings under the RMO AI brand.
  2. If a product page, checkout page, order confirmation, separate written agreement, or beta terms state different terms, those specific terms control.
  3. RMO Maestro is currently pre-commercial, and license terms, supported formats, activation methods, pricing, and launch timing may change before commercial release.

2. License Type

  1. Unless stated otherwise, a paid production license is a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-resellable license for one named user.
  2. You may use RMO Maestro for personal music production and commercial projects, including music for film, games, advertising, performance, and client work.
  3. Unless a time limit, subscription, beta, trial, education, or studio condition is stated, a paid production license is provided as a perpetual license.
  4. The license does not transfer ownership of the software. AimStrings and its licensors retain all rights in RMO Maestro, the brand, code, presets, documentation, and related materials.

3. Seats and Activation Limits

  1. The default license is 1 user, 2 activations. This means one named user may activate and use the software on up to two devices.
  2. A checkout page, order confirmation, education or studio agreement, or separate license term may provide a different seat count or activation limit.
  3. If the activation limit is reached, deactivation of an existing device, account verification, a support request, or another process may be required.
  4. You must not share a license, account, serial key, or activation credentials with multiple users or operate them as a shared account.

4. Online Account Activation and Offline Serial Keys

  1. Online users activate full access inside the plugin by signing in with an RMO AI account so the plugin can verify purchase and license status.
  2. An offline serial-key entry path may be provided for machines or studios that cannot stay online.
  3. An offline serial key is an alternate activation method connected to the same license and, unless stated otherwise, does not grant extra seats or extra activation rights.
  4. We may limit, replace, deactivate, or request additional verification for account activation or serial keys if we suspect unauthorized use, cancellation, refund, chargeback, security risk, or violation of applicable terms.

5. Updates and Support

  1. We may provide bug fixes, compatibility improvements, security patches, and documentation updates within a reasonable scope.
  2. Unless stated otherwise, a perpetual license may receive maintenance updates made available within the same major version or product line.
  3. New major versions, substantial feature upgrades, additional instrument presets, additional plugin formats, and studio or education features may require a separate purchase or separate terms.
  4. Support is provided through the website support ticket flow or email. We do not guarantee a specific response time, resolution for every DAW and OS combination, or implementation of every feature request.

6. Prohibited Conduct

  1. You must not resell, rent, lend, share, redistribute, sublicense, or transfer RMO Maestro, license keys, serial keys, installers, presets, documentation, or accounts to a third party.
  2. Except where applicable law requires otherwise, you must not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to extract source code, algorithms, models, or protection mechanisms from the software.
  3. You must not bypass or disable license checks, activation limits, security controls, usage restrictions, watermarks, updates, or payment and entitlement verification.
  4. You must not use the software to create malware, unlawful content, infringing content, or activity intended to violate third-party rights.

7. Rights in User Outputs

  1. Rights in MIDI, audio, music, arrangements, project files, and other creative outputs you create using RMO Maestro belong to you or to the applicable rights holder on whose behalf you work.
  2. We do not claim ownership or revenue share in your musical outputs merely because you used RMO Maestro.
  3. You are responsible for having the rights needed to use your input MIDI, melodies, recordings, virtual instruments, sample libraries, DAW projects, and third-party materials.
  4. You must not redistribute or sell RMO Maestro presets, documentation, UI, branding, code, or software components separately from your creative outputs.

8. Compatibility and Unsupported Environments

  1. Supported operating systems, DAWs, plugin formats, minimum requirements, and installation steps are listed on the download page, release notes, or product manual.
  2. RMO Maestro currently prioritizes Windows/Cubase VST3 as the first supported environment.
  3. macOS AU/VST3, AAX, and other DAW or OS combinations may be provided after separate compatibility validation and are not guaranteed before release.
  4. Beta, trial, unsupported environments, outdated operating systems or DAWs, unofficial hosts, modified systems, or third-party conflicts may cause limited functionality, errors, or performance issues.

9. Termination and Survival

  1. If you violate this EULA, the Terms of Service, purchase terms, or applicable law, we may limit your license, account access, updates, downloads, or support to the extent permitted by law.
  2. Full access may stop after a refund, cancellation, chargeback, license expiration, unauthorized use, or confirmed security incident.
  3. Sections that by their nature should survive termination, including intellectual property, prohibited conduct, responsibility for outputs, limitation of liability, and governing law, will continue to apply.

10. Related Policies

Payment, refund, privacy, and service-use terms apply together with this EULA.
